Product Overview
The PEGASUS Automatic Potato Planter Series is designed to provide efficient, accurate, and high-performance potato planting solutions for modern agriculture. Compared to traditional manual planting methods, these machines significantly reduce labor costs, increase planting speed, and ensure uniform seed placement for improved crop establishment and higher yields.
Equipped with a rotating planting mechanism and specially designed cups, PEGASUS potato planters automatically pick potato tubers from the hopper and place them into the soil at consistent spacing and depth. Different cup sizes are available to accommodate both small and large seed potatoes, ensuring flexibility for various planting requirements.
All models feature a high-quality furrow covering system that effectively covers planted tubers with soil. Fertilizer-equipped versions include two fertilizer distributors per row, placing fertilizer on both sides of the tuber to promote healthy crop development.
The PEGASUS PRO 2R model features a hydraulic hopper lifting system that increases loading capacity and reduces the frequency of refilling, resulting in greater field efficiency and faster planting operations. The PEGASUS G 2R model can also be equipped with special cups for mini-tuber planting applications.
