Zagros Furrow–Ridge Seed Drill with Fertilizer System (For Cereals, Pulses & Oilseeds)
(For Cereals, Pulses & Oilseed
Description
This furrow–ridge seed drill with fertilizer application system is designed for precise sowing of cereals, pulses, and oilseed crops in semi-saline soil and irrigation conditions.
The machine creates small ridges between furrows during planting, allowing salts in the soil to accumulate on the ridge surface in narrow bands. This reduces salt concentration around the plant root zone and improves crop emergence and growth.
It is equipped with dual-level furrow openers that enable band placement of base fertilizer directly below the seed, ensuring efficient nutrient uptake and improved fertilizer use efficiency.
The machine is suitable for row planting in furrows of 40–50 cm and is available in multiple working widths from 2.5 to 4 meters depending on the model.
